Salary guide 2024

We present the latest edition of our annual Wage Survey. We also provide you with information on the factors influencing this year’s wage developments.

For the second time, we have included a chapter focused on Graduate Salaries, which includes starting salaries without variable components. You will find 26 positions from various industries.

The survey itself was conducted during the 3rd quarter of 2024 in 8 regions of Slovakia and analyzes almost 360 job positions in 8 different sectors. It also includes the Business Services sector. The presented figures are based primarily on the starting salaries of applicants to whom we mediated employment and further on the inquiries of companies seeking employees. The above figures in the overview include the usual gross monthly salaries in euros, including variable components.

We only provide surveys to our existing or prospective clients or their HR departments in printed form. An electronic version is not available and cannot be sent by email.
