Martin Malo has been working in the recruitment agency segment since 2009. Grafton Recruitment and Gi Group HR Services Slovakia were enriched by his extensive experience in the field of human resources and management of a recruitment agency. His main role is to improve services for our clients as well as for candidates through innovative projects. At the same time, he helps Czech companies and employees cope with the changes brought by automation and the digital revolution.

Within his position, Martin Malo is responsible for the management of Gi Group HR Services Slovakia and Grafton Recruitment in the Czech and Slovak Republic.

Radka Čechová works in the position of Head of Temp & Perm Practice CZ & SK. She has been working in Grafton and Gi Group HR Services Slovakia since 2003 and is responsible for the development of the company’s strategic goals. Within the branch network she is responsible for agency employment, recruitment of blue- and black-collar positions and the area of International Mobility.

Jitka Kouba works in the position of CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) for the Czech and Slovak Republic. She is responsible for managing the marketing team, planning B2B and B2C marketing activities and for contact with the media. Before joining Grafton Recruitment, she managed the marketing department of an e-shop in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for five years. In the past she also worked in the media sector.
