Job Description:
- Prepare and calibrate CNC machines
- selecting the correct tooling, and securing raw materials
- Start and monitor production runs. Intervene to adjust offsets, feed rates, or speeds to maintain accuracy
- Use precision instruments o inspect parts against blueprints
- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication; replace worn inserts or dull tools to prevent machine downtime
- Maintain production logs, record output quantities, and report any mechanical malfunctions or material defects
- Strictly adhere to PPE protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Požiadavky:

Candidate Requirements:
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code to make minor edits or troubleshoot program errors
- Understanding of different materials (steel, aluminum, plastic) and the specific cutting tools/inserts required for each
- Critical for detecting minute defects that could lead to costly scrap
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts and lift materials typically weighing up to 50 lbs
